We're thrilled to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us for our 3rd Annual Mid-Autumn Festival! It's always a joy to see our friends come together, fostering that wonderful sense of community we cherish. A special shoutout goes to all the talented musicians, fantastic food pop-up vendors, and dedicated volunteers who made this weekend truly special.
This year, we expanded our offerings to create an even more memorable experience. Music filled the air on both Saturday and Sunday nights, and we were delighted to host two talented artists who set up booths for all three nights of the festival. We also introduced some exciting new dishes, including our standout BBQ chicken cutlet. This uniquely Taiwanese dish starts with tenderizing chicken thigh with a mallet, then fried for crispiness, and finished on the grill for that irresistible smoky aroma. The result? A perfect blend of crispy texture and grilled flavor that we're proud to now offer on our regular menu for a limited time.
Looking ahead, we're excited to announce our plans for more "Good to Eat and Friends" events on future Sundays. These gatherings will feature pop-ups from our industry friends, live music, and an expanded selection of art vendors. It's our way of continuing to bring the community together and celebrate the vibrant culture and creativity that surrounds us.
